  1. Warm-up carefully before practicing

Pre-rehearsal training is a must when doing any exercise, not just yoga. A good start is a way for you to achieve the best performance when you exercise and avoid injury.

You can practice with the simple yoga poses such as rotating the joints of arms, legs, neck, shoulders, etc. in about 15 minutes before practicing so that the joints are lubricated and tendons are relaxed.

Practicing yoga at home has the advantage of being very flexible, you can actively arrange a time. However, because of the flexibility, its disadvantage is that you can easily «lazy» and find the reason to delay the practice.

Therefore, the best choice is that you should go directly to the gym to practice with experts. By the time you practice, you can practice yoga at home. If you are unable to reach the gym, you need to specify the time of the day and strictly follow the set time.

  1. Practice breathing correctly

Proper breathing is the first basic exercise and is especially important while doing yoga to be effective. Besides, the way of breathing is also affecting your health.

The principle of basic breathing in yoga is to inhale through the nose, tighten the abdomen, and exhale through the nose or mouth to hold your belly. Note that you must inhale deeply to increase the amount of oxygen in your body and breathe slightly to reduce the amount of carbonic in your blood.
