  1. Suitable training space

Yoga focuses on breathing, concentration, and comfort as much as possible. Therefore, choosing a quiet, airy, spacious and fresh gym is essential to be able to train most effectively.

If you practice at home but the room is too small, arrange it for a more appropriate practice space. Besides, to make the spirit more relaxed, you can burn a little aromatic essential oil or turn on gentle music.

  1. Warm-up carefully before practicing

Pre-rehearsal training is a must when doing any exercise, not just yoga. A good start is a way for you to achieve the best performance when you exercise and avoid injury.

You can practice with the simple yoga poses such as rotating the joints of arms, legs, neck, shoulders, etc. in about 15 minutes before practicing so that the joints are lubricated and tendons are relaxed.
